Inbody Body Composition Analyzer
Advanced Health Insights
The InBody Analyzer goes beyond standard weight measurements by providing a detailed breakdown of your body composition, including skeletal muscle mass, body fat distribution, and total body water levels. These insights help detect imbalances, track muscle-to-fat ratio, and identify potential health risks such as sarcopenia (muscle loss) and visceral fat accumulation.
With this data, our medical team can develop personalized health strategies to optimize your overall wellness, whether your goal is weight management, muscle gain, or chronic disease prevention.
Custom Wellness & Fitness Plans
Your body composition results serve as a roadmap for achieving your health and fitness goals. Based on your unique metrics, we can help design:
- Weight loss programs focusing on fat reduction while preserving muscle mass
- Muscle-building strategies for strength and endurance
- Metabolic health plans to enhance energy levels and overall well-being
- Nutritional guidance tailored to your body’s needs
By using the InBody Analyzer regularly, you can track progress over time and make informed decisions about your fitness, diet, and lifestyle choices.

The InBody Analyzer is an advanced, non-invasive device that measures various aspects of body composition, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, and hydration levels. It provides a detailed assessment to help individuals monitor and improve their health and fitness.
The device uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure body composition. It sends a safe, low-level electrical current through the body and analyzes how different tissues (fat, muscle, and water) resist the current. The results are then displayed in an easy-to-understand report.
The scan typically takes less than a minute to complete. The entire process, including reviewing the results, usually lasts around 10-15 minutes.
Yes, the InBody scan is completely safe and non-invasive. It does not use radiation or require any injections, making it suitable for regular monitoring.
